Editorial Standards

Content Labeling

Every story on MALIKAI NEWS is labeled by type: Reporting (direct, sourced news), Analysis (informed interpretation by a specialist reporter), Explainer (context on a complex topic), or Opinion(a contributor’s own view, not the newsroom’s).

Sourcing

Reporting is expected to be sourced and, where possible, independently corroborated. Anonymous sourcing is used sparingly and only when a source’s safety or position requires it.

Independence

Advertising and sponsorships never influence editorial coverage. Sponsored content is clearly labeled and kept separate from the newsroom.
